This was a very intense interview conducted by multiple people in individual interviews with questionnaires from each person. The whole interview lasted 3 hours before getting a tour of the facility.

Very straightforward and to the point . The hiring manager was very transparent and ensured the candidate is aware of the roles responsibilities and expectations. However it was difficult to gauge what the interview was expecting out of the candidate . The manager himself mentioned that the job might get redundant over time and there won’t be anything new to learn and if that is something the candidate is willing to adjust .
