The interview process started with standard HR phone screening and then eventually a panel interview with 4 individuals. I was notified weeks later via email that I did not get an offer. Process seems to move slow.

3 rounds of interviews, recruiter first then hiring manager than panel with 3 people on video Microsoft teams, I would say total of 2 month process from start to finish

Please describe an important decision you made that impacted other work teams or functions.
Process started with a teams interview with hiring manager, then a phone call with a recruiter, followed by a 45 minute in-person interview. The interviews were overall relaxed and had pretty basic interview questions
