I interviewed for a permanent job as a technical writer in new Sequencing Division in Pleasanton. It was a marathon interview with 6 or 7 interviewers. The first one was very negative, she was unprepared, saw my resume for the first time then. She arrived late to work and interviewed me still holding her bike helmet! The others were very positive including the manager who had given me positive encouraging feedback from a previous phone screen and who interviewed me remotely from Connecticut as he had yet to relocate to California.
