I completed one phone screen. It was a 30 minute call in which we discussed my qualifications and the role. Very run of the mill phone screening, nothing unexpected or problematic.

Normal standard situational questions. Individual interviews with various levels of management, no panel interview. Interview occurred about 3 weeks after submitting application, No secondary interviews. Environment was friendly and not overly formal.
