I had 3 rounds. 2 with Associate Directors 1 with Global Director. Very well organized. 1st round qs were all about professional experience to see my range of work, capacity to work as a team, knowledge of tools. 2nd round was behavioral qs. Each qs had to be justified by an example as to how I reacted to a situation. I throughly enjoyed the process and look forward to hear from them.
