Entretien
The first two steps were clear and easy to follow. 1st - phone interview, 2nd- was Teams Meeting Interview, and 3rd- I wouldn't be able to reference since I was " in process" with my application for over two weeks, with no call or follow up. I was not offered the position because I was told that the "hiring manager" was looking for someone with similar job skills or qualifications of that of the job itself. However, keep in mind, it was an "entry" level position. I sent two follow emails regarding my candidacy, and I finally received one after 10 days.
Was organized and went through the process quickly. From application to job offer was under 30 days. There were two screening phone calls, one with the hiring manager and one with HR, and a panel interview.
Usual discussion based on random questions about your previous experience, asking about customer’s relationship management, achievements, responsibilities and your skills set. 3 rounds procedure including 2 online and 1 offline sessions. Easygoing people and friendly process
