Entretien
Interview took about two weeks. After applying online, you will have a phone interview. After the phone interview you are sent to interview with a hiring manager and usually two other managers and a regional manager. Once you answer a bunch of situational questions, you are asked why you want to work with Merck. Overall not a bad interview if you are prepared and have a likable personality.

Tell me a situation where you had to overcome an obstacle.
Was organized and went through the process quickly. From application to job offer was under 30 days. There were two screening phone calls, one with the hiring manager and one with HR, and a panel interview.
Usual discussion based on random questions about your previous experience, asking about customer’s relationship management, achievements, responsibilities and your skills set. 3 rounds procedure including 2 online and 1 offline sessions. Easygoing people and friendly process
