It was first two phone interviews one with the current Director who was leaving for another job in Merck and then the plant manager. Once passed thru that gate it was followed by a whole day of interviews at the plant with at least 5 individuals and a lunch with some of the staff as well as a tour of the plant. This time with plant manager, director of Supply chain, the Director of Operations, Maintenance and Engineering, the two deputy managers.
