The was application submission process and after that you would have a 15-20min screening, not always HR but could be a employee. Panel interivew was the next stage and depending for the role it can be 45min to and hour. The offer was rececived 1-2 weeks after.

Applied online for a 6-month co-op position. Received an email directly from the hiring manager for a phone interview. Phone interview happened later the same week. No in-person interview was required. An offer over the phone was made some time later, and an official email came from HR 3 weeks from initial contact.
