Applied on Glassdoor app and maybe an hour later got a call for a phone interview. Was about 10-20mins or less talked about my previous CS skills and how they could relate to the trucking industry. Discussed situations to overcome dissatisfaction with the customer an how the situation was resolved.

2 panel interview with 2 managers from 2 separate departments. They ask the standard interview questions and give you details about the job. HR will call and/or an offer letter within 1 week to offer or decline your employment.
