Worst process, they dont share/discuss JD before interview. Interviewers are not professional. First they reach out to you and then You have to followup for the interview feedback, they dont share the updates.

Two levels of interview. One on one with manager, then with manager and her peer.
No traditional reference checks. Very protracted process for criminal history and fit and proper check. Needed confirmation from previous ten years of employers.

Dopo un approccio tramite su whatsapp ho realizzato un colloquio telefonico conoscitivo concluso con la promessa di ricevere informazioni su ulteriori step. A seguito di ulteriori richieste di informazioni sempre tramite wahtsapp, non ho più ricevuto alcun tipo di riscontro
