After submitting a resume, it is a systemic interview process with several interviewers ask me questions. All the questions were not hard, but there was a large applicant pool, so it was a long time wait for applicants.

The interview process with Mercer was pretty standard. I thought it was smooth and professional. Everyone I met and spoke to was welcoming and had informative information that I was able to use to make further my understanding of the company and role itself.
