I applied for the job on linkedin, then i got a call from Hr and then an interview was arranged with the manager. It took 2 weeks for the whole process.

Question 1
Mostly behavioural questions and 2-3 case questions
30 minutes Excel Case Study which was followed with a 30 minutes discussion of what functions were used followed by some behavioural questions. Focus was on long term goals, why Mercer etc.
Excel Case Round; 30 min excel case with 5 questions using AverageIF, LOOKUP, SUMIF etc followed by a fit and case discussion. Total hour long interview. Prepare behavioural questions well.

Entretien
All interviewers were welcoming and great to talk to. Had a great time interviewing here, the questions asked were quite standard. The only thing that bothered me was how long the entire process took, it took about 2 months from application to offer
