Good. I interviewed with several people from the team who all had great things to say about the company. After my interviews, I received an offer in a timely manner. The onboarding process was long but very organized and many people were helpful.

Fairly straight forward interview. 1st round was with the HR recruiter who asked some basic info about me and what I was hoping for in the new job. 2nd round was with the people manager, who talked more in-depth about the area of work. 3rd round was with individuals who were on the team.
Excel analytical test, looking at analytical and Excel formula skills, then multiple unstructured interviews with various members of the leadership team discussing relevant experience, qualifications, fit, expectations, culture, and career progression

Entretien
Initial 30-min phone screen scheduled just a week after I applied online (without a referral). Interviewer was very friendly and helpful in describing the role and specific needs of the team.
