Entretien
Interview process consist of 1 pre interview test which is having questions of aptitude and technical as well then followed by three interview rounds. Overall procedure took one complete day. First interview round was technical and they asked to explain logic and some deep algorithm related questions then other two rounds were technical plus hr round so second was manager round and third was hr round

Entretien
I was directly contacted by the MBRDI Bangalore HR, got the interview scheduled. When asked about salary expectation, i had quoted 60% on my current. for which the HR said its not a problem.
Interview went smoothly.
1st round: Technical:
There was white board coding and was asked to explain the project ive been working on regarding NLP filed. Python coding questions. Math questions. It was a fun interview, where the interviewer didnt ask stupid syntax questions rather he focused on problem solving. It went great.
2nd round: Mangerial interview
I was interviewed by trucks dept manager. He asked me, what innovation means to be me? DIfficulties i faced while working in a project and other generic behavioural questions. That went well too.
3rd round: With German expat:
He asked me why Mercedes Benz and i told him i wanted to work for product based org and that Benz is the biggest name in the luxury car market etc.. it went well too
4th round: HR interview
I met this sweetest lady who explained me the benefits and other perks working for Benz. I thought i had hit the lucky pot. I felt the culture was great by looking at my experience with the interviewers. Since everything went smooth and infact i enjoyed it. I was there the whole day.
It didnt not come to salary discussion since the HR who was supposed to meet me wasnt in the office. So i was told i wil be contacted later.
I indeed got call after two days and this times, instead of 60% they went back on their word and told they could offer only 40%.. i was talking to the recuriter if it can be made atleast 50% since i did great and i have 6 years of experience and the salary was low compared to what market value was. Recruiter really tried his best, but one of the HR was really rude when she spoke to me and told me that 40% was good enough. I asked her to reconsider.
After which they got back to me saying, they put my profile on hold.
There is brand value which you can consider but this company does'nt pay well and expect you to work on peanuts. I never got the offer and they wasted my time
