5 rounds of interview. First two are technical then with senior management followed by an assessment round and final HR round. But the interview process is too long. And HR takes their own sweet time to release the offer letter. And then you have to negotiate if you don’t like the offer.

Entretien
Had initial HR screening through telephone followed by Telephonic technical interview. It took 3 weeks in between and got face to face call after 4 weeks. Had Technical and Case study.

Not the fastest. They take their time. First, tcon with hr, then 1:1 with the hod, and then, hr head and md. some time there could be vc with Germany.
