Well-structured and professional interview process with clear communication before, during, and after. Questions focused on the role, problem-solving, teamwork, motivation, and performance, and the interviewers were approachable, respectful, and well prepared.

Friendly interview, started with talk of CV and personal project and then moved to technical stage of interview, which is not bad if you have some understanding on how an F1 car operates and the power management.
