I initially had phone conversations and email exchanges with an outside recruiter who then set me up with a phone interview with one of Cisco Meraki's internal recruiters. The phone interview lasted half an hour, and I was expected to describe my sales history, my sales achievements, and my understanding of Meraki's products & value proposition. Despite not being selected to move forward, the internal recruiter was professional enough to call a few days later to let me know.

Typical interview for a sales position with 3 rounds. Recruiter phone screen, then interviewed by 3 managers with open roles on their team, followed by director interview for the final round.

It was a Three-level process over a Zoom call. They went over personality, Options plus who are the companies we would be working with. They described the atmosphere and hours of the work environment.

Appalling interview process with Meraki. First interview with the recruiter then I had an initial conversation with the Regional Sales Manager which went pretty well. At the end of the call I have been told they will provide me with an update within the next days to schedule the next step. But none of that happened and I didn't get any feedback either positive or negative which is quite rude and unprofessional.
