J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meraki (San Francisco, CA) en janv. 2019
Entretien
I have never experienced such bad interviews before in my life. I was contacted by the HR multiple times because of the great match. When I interviewed for the position all the questions were really vague. It started with hiring manager who was extremely rude and straightaway asked why Meraki is special. I said whatever I researched. He did not get what he expected. After that his behavior became total different. All questions were something like this "Did you work on this protocol atleast ? " " Did you ever work on this technology atleast ? " The questions were not at all related to my expertise .
Later I had three technical screens all were very practical. One person brought hardware and told me to debug on fly. This required me to read the 15 pages of spec + script etc . Everything needs to be done in 45 mins. Next interview was related to some bug inside the network protocol. The task is to find the some culprit git commit. They expected me to solve this in 1 hour. Not sure what made them coming up with such Meraki specific questions .
At the end HR told me that they 5 such position and they are trying to fill those up for long time . No wonder they dint get any ppl with such skills .
