I was contacted via Linkedin by a recruiter who requested my resume. The recruiter liked my resume and we set up a time for me to come in for an interview. Once I arrived at their offices I had to wait 15 minutes past the beginning of my scheduled interview time before anyone came to talk to me. My first interview was a technical interview, not a general interview as had been discussed by the recruiter. The interviewer had not been told that he was interviewing me and had not even seen my resume until he sat down to talk to me. He was through on his questions and was very pleasant to talk to. We were interrupted before completely finishing by his boss who was supposed to do the general interview. Very few questions were asked about me in the general interview and the interviewer seemed more interested in getting the conversation over with. After the very short general interview I was rushed out with little courtesy.

I do not mind doing extensive technical interviews including scenarios. Using the cisco lab tool to simulate network issues was fine. What i do not like is being bullied on an interview. The interviewer was too pushy, and I got the impression he was there aiming to proof me wrong. He was enjoying it. If he let me explained my angle we would arrive to the same conclusion. Waste of time, and energy. Please train better the interviewers
