I experienced 4 phone screen, I prepared for it every time, and it went well, while in the end, they chose another candidate.
I think it is a good one with good culture while it may be more reasonable for the interview arrangement.

Entretien
First round interview with local sales leader was fine. Second round was extremely unprofessional. The interviewee was in a car with his girlfriend. After the interview I didn't want them to call back, but they did and send me an offer. After being at the company I realized everybody was accepted no matter how good/how bad the interview went. They really don't have the luxury to be selective.
