Short introductory call with recruiter describing expectations, requirements, interview process etc Moved on to a 45 min interview with the team manager, detailing expectations and a cursory look over the CV, very relaxed atmosphere and conversational. Following this, 2x45 minute technical interviews with two different members of the team each time. First went largely over projects in the resume and implementation followed by a coding question; second was largely about concepts and depth of understanding of networking with another coding question. Despite not performing as well as I had hoped, interviewers made sure to put me at ease and provide further clarity on request while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

I had an initial screening call that went over the job role and discussed my goals in a new role. The interviewer was very upfront about the pay range, and expectations from the role and was very conscious of not wanting to waste my time. After finding out more about the role decided not to go on with the interview process as it did not align with what I am looking for. I would still recommend applying as I had a great interview process and it was a breath of fresh air having a recruiter that was mindful of the candidates time and goals in their career
