Laid back, informal group interview. There was a group of about 8 of us and 2 members of management. If you apply for a christmas temp position, appear kinda confident and relaxed, you'll get the job. They usually put people into one of three categories - Sales, labourers (moving stock, completing M&Ms), or "not hiring."

Fairly standard interview questions with maybe 10 in total. The staff were friendly too. My main criticism of the process is I was told I would hear back within a week but never did.
