Entretien
I received from a gentleman and he pulled my resume. He seemed already annoyed with having to pre-screen me. He asked me a total of 3 questions. 1. Was I currently working? I answered yes 2. Do you have a college degree? I answered No (I have 10+ years in customer service). They asked for salary history when sending in my resume. I am currently making 42k. He stopped and said "I suggest you stay were you are at because you will never make 42k here without a college degree." That pretty much sums up the Pre-interview. After reading the reviews it looks like a dodged a bullet.
