Went into Menards to fill out an application at the store. Had an onsite interview and was given paperwork to go and get a drug test. Completed the drug test and a few days later was called back and offered the position.

Very casual and easy interview process. There was a survey to fill out that was focused on theft, drugs, alcohol, violence and fighting. The survey had some very shocking questions. But the manager said they don't necessarily have issues, it was just an old survey the owner created.
