I had to fill out an application in store, and was briefly talked to by the general manager. HR called me back a few days later for a brief interview and hired me on the spot.

Very ordinary. You meet with the HR Coordinator and talk about your experience. They ask you about your work history and ask some questions about what the position you applied for requires. My interview was informal.

Filled out online application, received phone interview, two face to face interviews. One with HR then the second with the department of where they wanted you to go.
