Took like 10 minutes. Easy enough, got drug tested same day. Was interviewed by the store general manager as well as the yard manager. Basic interview questions nothing to difficult.
Interview process felt pretty laid-back. Was interviewed by the GM and the current yard manager at the time. Took about 15 minutes and then did a walk through of the store.

Short and Easy, They asked several questions related to your charactor. YOu would be suprised some of the questions. I feel if your not a theif or addict you will have no issues getting the job.
It was very relaxed quick and easy. Required drug test at the beginning as well. HR was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. There should be a direct manager that comes in as part of the interview as well.
