The interview was relatively easy. Most of the questions were character based and questions about work history. The interviewer had a lot of print offs with a lot of information about promotions, salaries, and the profit sharing program. The interview was very one sided. I answered basic questions for 10 minutes. The rest on the interview was all about working at the company, which went on for about 30 minutes.

Interview Process was very easy. Had a sit down with HR then met with General manager. Was offered position within week of the interview. Was asked very basic questions. Was overall a positive interview process.

It was fairly easy. You apply online, then have a brief phone call followed up by an in person interview. The in person interview was fairly in depth. You must start as a lowly manager trainee before moving up within the company.
