Got a call for an interview with the HR, Dept. head and Team Leader. Very easy general interview questions like, why Menards?, what are your weaknesses? etc. They also asked lots of technical questions related to the technical courses you have taken. If you know your stuffs, the interview will be easy. After the interview, I had to take a general aptitude test which was one and half hour long. I dont think the aptitude test had anything to do the position you are applying for. It was a mandatory test that everyone who were interviewed had to give.
