There were two interviews: a 30 minute skype interview to confirm interest and qualification, followed by an in person interview at the job site. The first interview was a review by manager's managers and the HR person, the second interview was by the managers that would be direct supervisors and the HR representative.

I received a phone screening from HR to confirm interest for the position. This was followed with an in person interview at the job site. The onsite interview consisted of general interview questions and a white boarding problem.

I recently graduated with an Associates Degree in Web & Software Development. I applied online 3 different times for the Java developer position and finally received a face to face interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was very informal and friendly. I felt very good afterwards about my chances of receiving an offer.

Entretien
I first was emailed by a hiring manager and arranged an interview with two of them. I had to set up a time to do an IS aptitude test and a Java test as well. The interview was pretty basic. They went over my transcripts and asked me questions about my classes.
