It was pretty easy. They asked simple questions and made sure I was competent. I did have to constantly follow up because the HR department there is a joke. They are barely an HR.

Entretien
They were curious mostly on my ability to satisfy guest issues, and to take care of them. Customer is what other box stores call them, whereas Menards refers to them as guests.

If a guest came into the store and was browsing your area how would you approach them?
Fairly simple, the process consists of the HR rep asking you questions followed by the general manager asking some of the same questions. After there is usually a drug test.
