Talked to the manager outside of the store, formal clothing but super amiable and informal interview, they just want people they will get along with. The manager asked me if I played magic the gathering and said they play the card game when its slow over summers.

pretty easy. asks about skills, theoretical questions about the job, etc. got a call back within the week and started onboarding a week later. overall a smooth and easy process.

I was referred this job by someone who was working there at the time. Interview was fairly easy. Talked a little about myself and my previous job experiences and situations.
