It was a relaxed interview process. The store manager took me in the back and asked a few questions about my experience and if I were in retail before. I was hired immediately. Nothing to be intimidated by.

There was a phone interview with generic questions followed by one in-person. They asked me to put together several outfits and to associate them with a customer archetype (business formal/casual etc).

pretty easy. asks about skills, theoretical questions about the job, etc. got a call back within the week and started onboarding a week later. overall a smooth and easy process.

I was referred this job by someone who was working there at the time. Interview was fairly easy. Talked a little about myself and my previous job experiences and situations.
