After applying online, I completed a 40 minute panel interview with hiring team. Team consisted of directors, managers, and HR. They asked many situational questions and allowed me to ask lots of questions at the end.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter and did not hear back after. About 30 mins and asked basic questions like why I chose my specialty and why I wanted to work for MemorialCare

15-20 minute interview with director and manager. Both were welcoming and made it clear that the interview was informal. They were also on time. Received an offer a few days later by phone and email.
