Overall very conversational. Everyone was super nice and no one tried to throw any curveballs or tried to make me look bad or panic. As long as you know what you are talking about with respect to their lab you should be all good

Email contact via HR. First virtual invitation for interview with the Private Investigator. Then in person Interview with entire lab members, then final follow up interview with PI asking about interaction with lab members.

I skipped the HR interview and met with lab manager, few postdoc, senior technician. Asking my background and if I had any experience doing animal work. Talk about their research. Just basic general questions.
