I applied in March and got called around the beginning of April. I had a brief phone screening and was called for a first interview. The first Interview went well and they asked a lot of behavior questions which lasted about an hour. After the 1st Interview, I was called back for a 2nd Interview a week after. The day before the interview I had my time changed 4 hours earlier than the original time. The interview had a 2nd round which asked the same round of questions and also lasted a 1hr. After leaving the interview I was never followed up with any information, never asked my references or even got a call back to say that I was not qualified to move forward. I would respect if the organization can just mention to candidates if they were not selected instead of ghosting them.
