Long interview process - first spoke to recruiter on the phone and answered basic questions. Moved on to the next round, which was a Zoom interview with the two assistant managers at the office I was applying for. Had a long in-depth conversation of about 10-12 behavioral questions that required answers with examples of past situations. The interview was difficult but I was well prepared. I felt that I really connected with the interviewers and had a pleasant experience. At the end I asked them if they had any hesitations about my qualifications and they told me "no we think you're a great fit for the position with your extensive patient-care experience and your personality, and you should expect to hear back in two weeks." Two weeks came and passed, so I contacted the initial recruiter and he told me no decision had been made yet and that he would be in touch within two weeks. He wasn't, so I contacted him again and he said they had selected someone else for the position. To be honest, I thought it had gone really well and the interviewers gave me really positive feedback at the end of the interview, but ultimately they picked someone else.

Four stages: phone screen- recruiter- skills test- hiring managers in a panel. The whole thing is very structured and all parties are experienced interviewers who are working from a standard set of questions. It’s one of the better interview processes out there.
