Applied via my school's career post. I came in for an in person interview and was interviewed by two administrators. Questions were relatively generic and broad- Why do you want this position? Why MSK? Where do you see yourself in 5+ years. Interviewers were very polite and kind. They called back very quickly with a decision.

The process was fairly simple. The interviewer/recruiter was amazing. She made me feel at ease and was very easy to talk to. She was open and honest about the details of the job. She also was very supportive in job placement she assured me that she would help me to find a position that matched my employment needs. She held true to this and within a couple of months I was employed at MSKCC.
