The interview went smoothly, ran for 30 minutes. They ask for basic information then proceed to specifics about qualification, then on to specifics of working in a lab. Asked about dealing with instruments, safety, gave a situation to respond to.

First I had a phone interview with a woman from HR. She then set up a zoom interview with 2 of the laboratory employees who interviewed me for 30 minutes.
