Campus recruiting, then interview, and then they sent an assessment test to see if you move on to the next round. I got past the initial interview, but didn't find out about the assessment test until later, and ultimately did not pass the assessment test.

Interview consists of behavioral questions and hiring managers will be listening for very specific examples. They will do their best to weed out generalities like “I would do x” and instead want to hear “In this situation I did these specific things and the outcome was _”.
