Took multiple phone calls to the nurse leader whom I knew. The nurse leader wanted to hire me back but she took days and weeks sometimes to return my calls. I told HR I would be in the area for 5 days only. I told them this 6 weeks before I actually arrived. They did not call me back until 4 days before I arrived. Whenever I called HR they never knew who I was. How many nurses were relocating from FL at the same time... especially when the nurse leader on the unit wanted me back. I LOVE this hospital and think they're good employer but you have to be persistent and patient because their HR dept is frustrating.

I was called for a screening interview and then scheduled a virtual interview. I then had a virtual interview with 2 interviewers. Scheduling was painless and the process was smooth
