They start off by a phone/video interview in which they ask you about 3 behavioral interview question. If you pass that they set you up on an in person interview with 2 Administrative Coordinators who ask you about 10-15 behavioral questions and situations. If they like you, an HR person will call you and set you up on another interview to meet with the physician/surgeon and than you have to do a reference check.

Pretty quick. Received a phone interview the next day and in person interview with the same HR recruiter a week later. Overall experience was alright. Initially it was quick. However, the in person interview didn't seem as enthusiastic. The recruiter interview was pretty repetitive & she seemed very uninterested. A month later, it felt as if it was a waste of time. But make sure to be well prepared. Know a lot about MSK and be confident. Review resume and have a few stories to shares with good and bad experiences.
