Great interview. Interviewed with nurses who really took pride in their work at Hermann. Shows satisfaction with their jobs and enthusiasm for what they do... Which I don't see sometimes with other hospitals that I have interviewed with

Hired while at a RN networking event. I was hired right away. However it took THREE MONTHS until they gave me a start day (When I was told by my future manager in the interview that they needed a nurse asap). I called the HR recruiter once every week asking her when my start day will be. She never called back or answered emails. I only talked to her when she happened to pick up my phone call. Very frustrating start of the process. My future manager had to hound the HR team to get the process going so I could start.
