Applied online, and was contacted via email almost a month later to interview at the Matchday program. The first batch of applicants were taken on a tour around the facility, while the other set interviewed and vice versa...

It was a calm and friendly 6 panel interview. They asked: Tell us about yourself, why do you want to work at Memorial Hermann? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Tell us about a time when you went above and beyond for your patient? What negative feedback have you gotten from your director? How do you handle stress? Have you worked in an acute care setting?

I applied online. About a month later I was contacted to fill out a questionnaire. About 2 weeks later I received a match day invitation. The interview was very short less than 15 minutes.

Entretien
I applied online and was contacted to go to a Match Day at the Memorial City campus. It wasn't a Match Day, it was more of an interview for you top choice speciality. I went in to the lobby and was greeted by the Sr. Recruiter at the time of the interview. She led me back to the Manager's office and sat next to me across the desk from the nurse manager. They had a list of about 10 questions that they asked me and then they asked if I could escort myself out.
