There were two video calls with management and then staff members. The managements zoom call was good. However, the zoom call with the staff members was so unorganized. They could work on being a little more organized and friendly.

I interviewed for a new grad position here and found it to be very relaxed. Lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. It was very conversational rather than panel based.

There was a panel of 3 nurses. Manager, Day shift and night shift. and ICU. they asked situational questions. why i wanted to become a nurse. It was only one interview.
