Easy, to the point, they focused on my customer service skills and experience. They were more focused in getting to know me as a person, they asked about hobbies or other experience that could be useful for the position.

Panel type interview with four managers. Depending on location you are looking to work at. If choosing a specific location then only two people. Pretty simple basic questions , nothing out of the ordinary

Interview process was quick, easy and relatively fast ! I applied for multiple positions and got either a call back or an email letting me know they were interested. If you get an email regarding a candidate assessment then congratulations, they are interested in you !

Very easy. My supervisor made me feel very comfortable and not only did she ask things about myself but she told me the reasons why i should work there. The only downside was the almost week long orientation .
