The interview process begins with a four hour group session with the first two hours being a somewhat long introduction of the company speaking of their rapid growth, what they offer, and what they expect. The second part includes everyone giving a brief intro of themselves and the panel breaking down the people (8 in my group) into smaller groups to Debate a random topic and another group exercise. The second day is a one on one discussion with the panel that includes a mock cold call run through. Overall, the experience wasn't bad and fairly informative.
