Easy phone screening interview. Submitted a questionnaire about favorite celebrities' etc. Next was the Group Interview that ran 30 mins long and lasted almost three hours. Each person only maybe got to speak 3 sentences. Didn't make it to the next round after that. Not sure how they were able to decide who did. About a month later I got a call from the recruiter saying they have an opening for a BDR position and wondering if I was interested in interviewing. I was reluctant but decided to just try it. The day of the interview she emailed me and said they already filled the position. Everything felt like a waste of time and not serious.
