The interview was more about them trying to sell the company to me than me answering questions. In fact, I think they spoke the majority of the time. Two employees met with me and while one was talking, the other would be completely checked out of the conversation - even texting while his coworker was speaking. Through the course of the interview, I quickly realized the job description was incredibly misleading. This is a sales job plain and simple. You will be cold calling and trying to track down new clients. Your salary (also misleading) is based on how many clients you can gather quickly.

1. Invite-only office open house, pretty informal, with beer and wine. They present the history of the company and their favorite client cases. Mostly to get to know the company and for the team to get to know you.
2. Selected candidates get called back for a group interview. Have to fill out a questionnaire and send it before. This stage is more professional and official.
3. Selected candidates get called back for an individual interview.

I applied and the next day I have a Phone screening, after the phone screening I was then invited to a group interview. I then received a call back that day for a one on one interview. I was told I would hear back within the week if I would be offered a position.

I met a member of the team at a career fair at my school and I applied simply by handing him my resume. I received an email soon after asking to schedule a phone interview. It was mostly informational, she asked about my resume and described company culture and job position.
