The onsite interview was a group setting with about 8 candidates and comparable amount of employees on the opposite end. They had us do mock presentations, debates, elevator speeches and other "group" activities. The interview lasted the majority of the day, I showed up at 9am and left around 2:30. They invited me to a second interview the next day but I declined. Was surprised they allowed their "senior managers" waste that much of a work day interviewing entry level sales applicants.
